Yes, it is safe to shop on our website. Our website is hosted by Shopify, a reputable e-commerce platform known for providing a secure environment for online transactions. Payments on our website are securely processed by trusted payment processors, including Stripe and Paypal. Your payment information is encrypted and protected, ensuring a secure and hassle-free shopping experience

Absolutely! We have partnered with Klarna to offer the option of paying in 3 monthly interest-free installments. For more information, please visit the Finance page or contact our customer service team.

We accept payments via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We do not offer a cash payment option. All payments, except for Klarna, must be made in full when placing your order.

We offer 30 days to test the sofa, and return it for any reason, as long as the sofa does not bear any signs of use and is returned in original packaging. You can either arrange to send the product back independently or contact us to arrange a collection. Collections are carried out at a £60 fee per sofa. More information is available on our Terms & Conditions page, and by contacting our Customer Service team. Please note returns are not accepted in our Wakefield Showroom.

If your items arrive damaged, it's essential to report the damage to the delivery team and note it on the delivery note. Photos of the damages must be sent to info@lovesofas.co.uk. Claims for surface mechanical damage (e.g., rips and holes) will not be accepted if you refuse the unpacking and assembly service upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us with a description and photos, and we will assist you in organizing a repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Before you place your order, the delivery times will be visible on the product page and in the checkout. After the initial 1-3 working day order processing period, we will send you automatic email updates as your order progresses, including tracking
information and delivery details. Once your order is with the third-party carrier, they will confirm the delivery date through text and email. For any questions about your order, feel free to contact our customer support at 01472 563099 or info@lovesofas.co.uk.

We offer free standard delivery to your room of choice up to 2nd floor or higher if adequate lift access available in England and Wales at no additional cost. For some areas of the UK where delivery costs exceed the minimum, a surcharge may apply. Assembly service is available at an additional £49 cost at the checkout. You can find specific delivery quotes in your cart after entering your postcode during the order checkout process. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for more details.

Standard delivery is between Monday-Friday and includes an all-day booking, with a 2-hour preliminary (not-guaranteed) time slot provided evening before delivery. Your tracking link will include an option to choose another date.

A timed delivery service is an extra service available to upgrade via the carrier tracking link at £35 fee and includes these options:
AM Delivery (7-12am)
Before 10am
PM Delivery (12-20pm)
Post 6pm
Weekend Delivery

You can make changes to your order until it is packed and prepared for carrier collection. It is advisable to contact us within 24 hours if you notice an error or wish to make changes to your order.

Typically, 1, 2, and 3-seater sofas are delivered as one piece, with feet and hardware included in the packaging.

Some designs that require assembly will have brackets fitted but do not require any drilling.

Recliner sofas & chairs are delivered with backs detached - they are easily attachable by pre-fitted metal brackets.

Corner sofas come in multiple parts, connected by brackets.

If you have concerns about narrow doorways or hallway access, we recommend measuring the spaces and contacting our customer service team for assistance. It's essential to measure before delivery to avoid any potential costs associated with failed deliveries.

At this time, we do not offer furniture disposal services.

Our sofas come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty, covering manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year of use. In the case of warranty related issues, defective items will be repaired or replaced. An optional 5-year warranty covering accidental and environmental damages including a 5-year warranty on the frame, can be purchased additionally. Our sofas are sold as shown on our website, and we do not offer customization of design, size, or minor details. The sofa supplied will be exactly as pictured online, except for patchwork items which are unique subject to pattern placement.

Yes, the photos online depict actual physical sofas that you will receive.

We make every effort to provide accurate color representation in our photos. However, there may be slight variations in color due to differences in lighting and screen settings. Photos online may appear slightly lighter due to studio lighting during photography. We encourage you to contact us for a free fabric sample prior to making a purchase.

Our furniture complies with UK Fire & Safety Regulations and includes the necessary fire labels for safety.

Faux Leather, also known as microfiber leather, is a synthetic material designed to mimic the look and feel of real leather. It does not contain any genuine leather and consists of a single piece of fabric, making it durable and vegan-friendly. We offer two finishes: smooth leather and structured suede finish, both used for upholstery.

Our sofas are available in various materials, including genuine leather, faux leather, velvet, corduroy, teddy/boucle fabric, crushed velvet, and more. Sofas labeled as "genuine leather" are made from real cow leather. If you need more information about the materials used, please contact our Customer Support.

If you have pets or need a more durable material, we recommend Genuine Leather, Leather Air, and Leather Air Suede. These materials are known for their resilience and ease of maintenance.
