Prior To Ordering

Before placing your order, please consider if the doors and passageways are wide enough to allow for the delivery company to bring the item in. Delivery is up to 2nd floor or higher with adequate lift access. Please check the measurements against any staircases and lifts. 

As all our furniture is hand-made, the measurements shown are approximate and may vary slightly.

There might be minimal shade and colour differences between items purchased at different times due to different batches of fabric used. It is therefore best to place a full order at once.


Delivery Costs

We offer free standard delivery to your room of choice up to 2nd floor or higher if adequate lift access available, in England and Wales and most of Lower Scotland at no extra charge. We aim to keep prices as low as possible for our customers and work with 3rd party delivery companies to deliver all of our goods. In some areas where the delivery costs exceed the minimum, a surcharge may apply - please see our Delivery Information page. Specific quotes are confirmed in your cart after entering your postcode at the order checkout page.

Assembly service is available at an extra charge £15 at the checkout.

Additional Charges

We have no hidden costs or fees. Any potential additional charges are listed below and are applicable only in specific situations. Please note that the following charges apply consistently: £40 per chair, £60 per sofa.

  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect delivery details provided.

  • If you are not present at the property within the allocated delivery timeframe.

  • If you wish to cancel your order when it was already dispatched.

  • If delivery fails as the item did not fit into the property.
  • If you would like to return your item after the drivers have left your property, or after the day of delivery.

We value transparency and aim to provide you with clear information regarding these charges. If you have any questions or need further details, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team.


Actual Delivery

Please ensure that you inspect the goods when unpacked, before you sign for them as we cannot accept any responsibility for damages found by you after you have signed for the item. Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you upon delivery. For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery of your order.


We buy direct from the factories so we can pass on the savings to you. All prices are displayed inclusive of V.A.T.

Cancellation of Order
Order cancellation is possible up until the moment the order is collected by the delivery company. Once your order is with the courier, it is not possible to cancel it. You will need to contact us to request a collection or return the item to our warehouse independently if you do not wish to keep the goods. Collections are carried out by 3rd party delivery companies, at a charge of £40 per chair/£60 per sofa.


Returns Procedure

If you do not like the product or have changed your mind, you can return it back to us within 30 days. You can send the product back independently, or contact us to arrange a collection. Collection fee is £40/£60.
The item must be disassembled and put back in its original packaging ahead of the collection. We do not offer disassembly & packaging services on returns. Liability for any damages incurred in transit due to missing or improper packaging lies with the customer.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Please note that the delivery surcharge is non-refundable.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If the item is damaged on delivery, please make sure the delivery company marks this on the proof of delivery sheet. Please do not sign for the goods without any notes about the damages. Please contact us by email –  and include pictures to discuss further. If you need to speak to us in person please use live chat on the website.



All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects on the structure of the frame and frame springs or any defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship.Upon receiving the item, the customer assumes responsibility for its maintenance and correct treatment. Our furniture is crafted with care to endure regular wear and tear for personal use, yet it still requires appropriate maintenance and attention to retain its quality over time. Please remember that the item is designed exclusively for personal use, and we kindly request that it be used according to its intended purpose. Should there be any alterations to the product that lead to damages, or should any damage result from environmental factors, misuse, or accidents, we regretfully cannot assume responsibility. However, we value your satisfaction and encourage you to contact us promptly if any issues arise. We are here to assist you, guided by the conditions set forth in our agreement.



Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Electron or Maestro. Payments can be also be made electronically by bank transfer, or using Klarna.



We cannot assume liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us and will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering goods or any damage or defect in goods delivered which is caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control.
