Why order sofa fabric samples?

Photos never quite show the real colour, and screens all show it slightly differently. A physical fabric swatch means you can hold the fabric up against your walls, your cushions, your actual sofa spot, in your own light, before you commit. You can feel the material's texture in your hands and imagine how it would feel to sit on that sofa before you buy. It’s great to be sure that you’ll love your new sofa once it’s home, or to help you compare a few different colours or fabrics.

How to order free fabric samples?

It’s easy! Browse our fabrics by colour or type on this page, choose your favourites and add them to your basket. Then you’re free to check out - no payment needed as all of our fabric samples are free, and we’ll dispatch them straight to your door. 

You can also order a fabric sample on each of our product pages. If you’ve seen a specific sofa you like but want to see the fabric colour, feel the material, or compare two fabric swatches before you buy, you can select the colour on the product page and order that fabric right there. 

How many fabric samples can I order for free?

You can order 4 free fabric samples. This is enough to compare your shortlist side by side at home, whether you’re struggling to choose a colour, pattern, or texture. 

What free fabric samples can I choose from?

We have a wide range of fabrics in our sofa collection for you to order and see in person, including: 

• Velvet sofas: Rich, smooth, and full of depth, with a subtle sheen that catches the light. 

• Chenille sofas: Soft and textured with a gentle shimmer, and our most popular fabric by far. 

• Teddy sofas: Also known as boucle, this warm, curly-textured fabric is lovely to sink into. 

• Patchwork sofas: Playful and one-of-a-kind, made from mixed fabric pieces for a real statement look. 

• Corduroy sofas: Ribbed and retro, cord adds a relaxed, textural feel. 

• Leather sofas: A hard-wearing, sleek leather finish, and suede or  faux leather sofas give you that same look for less. 

What fabric swatch colours can I order?

For something cool and calming, try our blue sofas, ranging from soft powder blue and navy blue to rich navy, an easy way to bring calm sophistication into a room. Our grey sofas range from light grey to dark grey, a clean, versatile neutral that pairs well with almost any décor. While green sofas span soft sage to deep bottle green and emerald, and  teal sofas sit between blue and green, a bolder choice that still feels easy to live with.

If you're after something warmer, our gold sofas are warm and a little glamorous, especially in velvet, and orange sofas bring bold, energetic warmth, best as the one standout piece in a room.  Brown sofas offer a warm, timeless look, especially in faux leather or textured chenille, while beige sofas bring a soft, natural warmth that pairs beautifully with wood and rattan tones. 

For a classic neutral, black sofas are sleek and practical, too, since they hide everyday marks well. White sofas bring a bright, open feel that works especially well in smaller or more minimalist rooms. If you'd rather make a statement, our pink or purple sofas create a playful tone, and our multicoloured sofas bring bold patchwork designs and a real focal point into any room.
